It’s been hard for me as I acknowledge my history is giving over my power to teachers and seeing them as the knowledge holders.

My training was encouraging of intuition but had no detail on how to learn how to use and trust my intuition so the Spirit-led Reiki Pathway is giving me the language & how to actually do that. It’s stuff that I picked up along the way but it’s good to have it strengthened & so I can apply that more deeply. It fills my gaps but also helps me teach others."

“The energetic hygiene and Spiritual reconnection in the pathway I feel is particularly crucial.
Reiki 1 I did 3 times & Reiki 2 trying to get what I needed. I battled with the limitations of what I was taught. It felt controlling at times which went against how I operate . I need to flow fluently and authentically to be able to intuit, which is what I get from the pathway. There are too many contradictions in the ‘traditional’ approaches of teachings for me."

“A Spirit-led approach is down to earth with emphasis on trusting yourself and your own journey which continues to be excellent in evolving meaningful connection for me.

“I've always struggled with absorbing client's energy while working with them. That doesn’t happen now.
I've tried a number of rituals after journey/ceremony to make sure that I didn't take that home with me. In retrospect, I also relied too much on my own energy during ceremony to hold the container despite calling in angels, benevolent spirits and guides. I was always drained, many times getting very sick for a number of days after. With this pathway I can protect myself well energetically now."

Jayne supports people to find their own path and to live & practise confidently and authentically, rather than instructing on how to do things according to what has worked for someone else. I’m not Reiki trained previously – this called to me most.
